- Images you upload, pixel designs, color selections and project settings.
- Order records, payment references and receipts you voluntarily upload.
- Basic security and server logs needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use this information to generate previews and assembly guides, prepare quotes, communicate with you, verify manual payments, manufacture and ship kits, provide support and protect the service.
Payment information
Pixel My Vibes does not collect payment-card numbers. Payments are handled using the manual instructions provided with the final quote. An uploaded receipt does not confirm payment; we verify funds separately.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email and shipping providers only as needed to operate the service and fulfill orders. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We retain order and production records as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information by contacting us. Some order records may need to be retained where required for business or legal purposes.
Your images
You keep ownership of images you upload. You authorize us to process and reproduce them only as needed to provide previews, manufacture your custom kit and support your order.
