Pixel My Vibes kits are manufactured for a specific customer and design.
Before production
You may cancel for a full refund while the order is still marked Awaiting production. Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
After production begins
Once an order is marked In production, it can no longer be canceled for a change of mind because materials and manufacturing have been committed to the custom design.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your shipment arrives damaged, materially defective or different from the confirmed order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange replacement parts, a remake or a refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned using an available method agreed with the customer. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment method.
