These terms govern your use of Pixel My Vibes and purchases of custom pixel kits.
Custom designs
You are responsible for choosing the image, dimensions, image type and colors used in your design. Digital previews are approximations. Screens, lighting, filament batches and the physical manufacturing process may produce reasonable differences in color and appearance.
Pricing and payment
The initial kit price is an estimate based on the final physical plate count. Shipping and applicable sales tax are added later. No payment is due until we send a final quote. Production begins only after we verify payment in our account.
Your content
You must own or have permission to use every image you submit. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or harmful content. We may refuse or cancel a project that violates these requirements.
Availability
Filament colors and materials are subject to availability. If a selected color is unavailable, we will contact you before production to approve a substitute or discuss cancellation.
Production and assembly
Each kit is custom made. The assembly guide and its color IDs are generated from the design frozen with your order. Keep the guide available while assembling the kit.
Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in effect when your order is placed govern that order.
