Pixel My Vibes currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
Production time
Custom kits normally require 7–14 business days to produce after payment has been verified. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Large or unusually complex orders may require additional time; we will contact you if that happens.
Shipping charge
Shipping is calculated for the order and included in the final quote before payment. The initial kit estimate does not include shipping or sales tax.
Tracking
When the order ships, its carrier and tracking number appear in your Pixel My Vibes order page. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package is accepted by the carrier.
Addresses and delays
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee a change after production or shipment begins. Carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control may affect delivery dates.
